1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use washboard if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Description of Service

The Service is an online collaborative workspace and productivity platform. It enables users to input, define, estimate, manage, and model project metrics and timelines.

Any new features, enhancements, or updates added to the current service shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must authenticate using supported identity providers. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your authenticated credentials.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your user account and workspaces.

4. User Content and Workspace Collaboration

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any project parameters, estimates, and workspace configurations ("User Content") you submit or host in connection with the Service.

By creating and sharing User Content within collaborative workspaces, you grant other authorized users in that workspace a license to access, view, copy, edit, and contribute to that content in connection with their use of the service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use washboard to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Submit, upload, or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, harassing, or violates the intellectual property of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the washboard platform, servers, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application unless permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to washboard immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us for account and data deletion requests.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

washboard is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service, or the information, content, or materials included.

In no event shall washboard, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
